Earthen Company has been doing amazing work for the past couple of years, and they've made a name for themselves by offering groundbreaking ceramic cases at insanely good prices. Their recent white ceramic Summit MKII sold out by the time I woke up to place an order (I hate time zone differences sometimes), and with these three new colors, I'm expecting more of the same.

As with the Black Ceramic and White Ceramic Summit MK2 models, these three new models come in the same perfectly sized 38mm case diameter, but this time it's in blue (Après-Bleu), Dark Green (Glade), and Beige Ceramic (Dune Devil). Except for the blue, each one features a complementary colored dial, such as the fully lumed mint green dial of the Glade, and the darker brown dial of the Dune Devil in contrast to the creamier beige case. The Après-Bleu, on the other hand, has a dial that is almost as blue as its case, which I think looks stunning. Out of all three models, I think the Après-Bleu is definitely my favorite.

I'm always a big proponent of different case materials, and in fact, I am even on a mission to collect a watch of every case material, so I am definitely a fan of these new models. I also think that even beyond the "gimmick" of ceramic cases, these are just downright good looking watches. The logo is minimalistic and stylish under the 12 o'clock marker, and I really like the silver seconds-hand with the reverse-lollipop design. I also think that the design choice of having a strip instead of numerals at the 3, 6, and 9 is a subtle and beautiful touch.

All three models are available for immediate order at the Earthen website, and they are thankfully not limited edition, so don't be worried about any artificial scarcity here. What do you think of the new Earthen Company models?
